The Pure Komachi 2 6" Multi-Utility Knife offers a partially serrated blade with a slim, tappered shape and pointed tip. It is the perfect size for smaller jobs that are done on a cutting board. The pointed tip works well for boning smaller cuts of meat and poultry or filleting fish, too. The curved, plain edge at the front of the blade is ideal for slicing shallots, garlic, or herbs. The serrations on the blade back cut through foods with tougher exteriors, like avocados or citrus. One knife, many uses! The bright colors on both blade and handle make Pure Komachi 2 knives from Kai Knives fun to use and add ye-catching color to your kitchen. The color-coding helps guard against cross-contamination of food. Each blade features high-carbon stainless steel with a hand-sharpened 16 degree cutting angled. Molded resin handles offer a comfortable and secure grip. These knives are dishwasher safe. However with all kitchen knives, we recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your blade as well as the colorful blade coating. Comes with a matching sheath for easy storage.
